Job Summary:
K2 Integrity is seeking an administrative assistant for our marketing department and a member of the senior management team. The administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to two key senior executives, as well as assisting the marketing department with administrative tasks, coordination, and overall execution of marketing strategy and activities. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a desire work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

Prepare expense reports.

Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of materials, or other related clerical duties, as needed.

Provide back-up coverage to administrative team.
Marketing:
-
Own the marketing department event calendar, ensuring department deliverables are met within expected timeframes.

Assist the marketing department with ordering, tracking, and stocking marketing materials.

Assist with the planning and logistics of events (firm sponsorships, speaking engagements, seminars/webinars, tradeshows, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Self-starter, ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
