Senior Product Manager – Financial Crimes Technologies

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused, Senior Product Manager to support the design, delivery and implementation of our market leading, exceptionally innovative, Anti-Financial Crimes and Compliance market offerings. In your role, you will work directly with the Head of Product, Senior Management, and our R&D, Investigations, Data Science and Systemic Risk Analytics teams to define, prioritize and deliver on key use cases and requirements in support of internal business functions and most importantly, our customers. Additionally, you will create and manage prioritized roadmaps for both our internal stakeholders and our vendor technology partners, in establishing mission critical timelines for delivery and implementation.

Responsibilities

Leveraging the core tenants of product management, work with the afore-mentioned teams to identify, assess, document and prioritize their mission critical, specific business and technical needs, to support execution of their respective business functions.
Convert these observations into a set of use cases and requirements for:
- Conveyance to the responsible vendors, a defined roadmap representing prioritized use cases and requirements to be actioned.
- Responsible for achieving committed timelines and delivery of the roadmap(s).
- Ensure our internal stakeholders, business units and our customers are fully aware of delivery timelines and impacts on their operations.
In partnership with the Head of Product and the broader business, ensure alignment of immediate roadmaps to the future state market offerings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Business Systems or equivalent field of study.
Demonstrated experience in managing the product life cycle of Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance technologies, products or solutions, being adherent to agile development and product management frameworks and methodologies. (5+ years of experience).
- Experience should include hands on work with Transaction Monitoring Systems, KYC/CDD scoring and assessment applications, and Case Management solutions.
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in the financial services industry across products, lines of business and systems with respect to financial crime and compliance concerns.
Demonstrated experience with anti-money laundering, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD regulations and intent, as covered for example in the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020.
Experience in cloud platform architectures for data management and governance, security and applications deployment following constructs associated to IaaS, iPaaS, and SaaS.
Superb written, oral and observable interpersonal skills required in transforming complex business and technical issues into easily understood use cases and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pragmatic Marketing or equivalent product management certifications.
Certification from ACAMS, ACFE or other equivalent professional association.
Strong working knowledge and familiarity with products and solutions from vendors such as Oracle, SAS, Actimize, BAE or equivalents.

Minimum Salary: $150,000 | Maximum Salary: $180,000
