K2 Intelligence’s Madrid office will participate in the seminar “Building Competitive Advantage for SMEs Exploring Overseas Markets,” to be held on 26 May 2016 in Madrid. The seminar, organized by the nonprofit foundation Madrid Science Park (Parque Cientifico de Madrid), will cover how to manage the costly and complicated processes that innovative, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face in their ventures abroad.
Bruce Goslin, executive managing director at K2 Intelligence, will deliver a speech on the value of competitive intelligence to a company’s internationalization strategy. Senior Director Elisabet Albareda and Director Lucía Ramos will lead a workshop on investigative due diligence, and Bruce Goslin and Director Marina Nogales will lead a workshop on cybersecurity. There will also be speakers from InNorMadrid, Enterprise Europe Network, International Institute of Corporate Diplomacy, Auren, and the Spanish Representation of the European Commission discussing the role of corporate diplomacy, lobbying, reputational due diligence, legal compliance, and cybersecurity in the process of internationalization.
