Rich Girgenti, vice chairman of the board at K2 Intelligence, will moderate the panel discussion “Geopolitical and Regulatory Risks—Are Today’s Directors Prepared?” at the Yale Club. The panel, hosted by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), will focus on geopolitical and regulatory risks that boardrooms currently face and share relevant and timely insights that will prepare boards for uncertainties ahead. Speaking on the panel will be Bruce Andrews, VP, global policy, Softbank; Thomas H. Glocer, K2 Intelligence board member and lead director, Morgan Stanley; and Dr. Dambisa Moyo, global economist and author.
