Letter From The CEO

At K2 Integrity, our name represents our commitment. As leaders in compliance, risk, and investigations, financial integrity is at the core of who we are. However, we recognize that to truly stimulate change, integrity must extend across all facets of our organization. Our commitment to developing impactful solutions goes beyond satisfying our clients’ needs, and aims to tackle the issues facing our people, planet, and communities. With a culture centered around transparency and accountability, we are dedicated evolving towards more sustainable and equitable practices by identifying opportunities to leverage our collective imagination and creativity.

– Jeremy Kroll

Environmental Impact

The first step in K2 Integrity’s commitment to change is prioritizing the needs of our planet. In pursuit of the global fight against climate change, we are dedicating valuable time and resources towards ensuring environmentally sustainable practices at all levels of our firm.  While physical presence in the workplace is valued for its contributions toward teamwork and collaboration, we recognize the harmful environmental impacts of daily commutes and international travel for our employees. Adopting a hybrid work and limited travel schedule helped reduce emissions and lower our overall carbon footprint, while also providing a flexible work life balance to our valued employees.

K2 Integrity’s recent transition to new office space is a testament to its environmental sustainability commitments, as we are now proud occupants of Domestic and International LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified buildings. Accounting for factors such as water efficiency, energy savings, CO2 reduction, and overall site sustainability, LEED is one of the most widely accredited ratings systems in the world for measuring a buildings environmental impact.  Lastly, at K2 Integrity it is imperative that our drive to connect with clients and grow our business does not result in adverse side effects for our environment. In pursuit of this, we distributed eco-friendly business cards to all employees, allowing them to grow their networks in a safe and sustainable manner.

Social Impact

At K2 Integrity, our people are our greatest asset. By fostering a culture that embraces change and emphasizes transparency, we can stimulate meaningful impact for our employees, the communities in which we operate, and society at large. At K2 Integrity, we recognize that creating a wholly inclusive and welcoming work environment does not happen overnight; however, rather than hide our flaws and remain complacent, we shed light on our inefficiencies and recognize them as opportunities for growth. Through our annual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) survey, all employees are given a voice, and leadership takes swift, proactive measures to address concerns. Led by Yomi Togunde, our DEI task force is dedicated to creating an environment that not only makes all employees feel safe at work, but that makes them feel celebrated for their backgrounds and loved for their differences.

Driven by a passion for our people, we are allocating significant time and resources towards the physical/mental wellbeing of our employees, and advancement of their careers through professional development and training opportunities. With access to a state-of-the-art wellness center, coming to the office is about so much more than just work. Employees are granted the opportunity to exercise, dine, and unwind, just mere steps from where they think, grow, and lead. K2 Integrity’s comprehensive healthcare programs are structured to provide a wealth of physical and mental health benefits to ensure employees remain happy and healthy.

Governance Impact

At K2 Integrity, our name symbolizes our purpose: to serve with integrity across all business functions. These core aspects of ethical business are outlined in our Global Code of Conduct, which guides our behavior, and provides a standard to which we hold ourselves accountable on issues such as anti-bribery and corruption, anti-harassment, and supplier code of conduct. K2 Integrity’s executive board is host to a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and opinions, allowing us to build a governance framework and workplace environment that is fair and equitable to all.

Cybersecurity and confidentiality are among our most valued capabilities, as we are responsible for safeguarding confidential and personal information for our clients, many of which include large financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals. K2 Integrity’s Cyber Risk Management practices works tirelessly to provide advanced cybersecurity services for our clients, while simultaneously creating a cohesive, firmwide security tools for protection of sensitive data.
