Edoardo Fiora will speak at the Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR’s event, “Evidence in International Arbitration: How to Get It, How to Use It,” on 23 November in Milan. The event will consider the gathering of evidence through the assistance of investigation companies and the implications of the use of such evidence in arbitration.
During Panel 1, “How to Get It?” (4:15 pm – 5:15 pm), Edoardo and his fellow panelist will discuss how evidence is gathered in complex cases.
