Himamauli Das will be speaking at the 2025 Texas National Security Forum, hosted by the Clements Center for National Security, the Robert M. Gates Global Policy Center, and the Strauss Center for International Security and Law. This year’s forum will bring together leading figures from the executive branch, the intelligence community, and academia for high-level discussions of the theme: Beyond the Battlefield: Influence, Incentive, and Coercion in the New Era of Great Power Competition.
Him will be speaking on the panel “Diplomacy and Economic Statecraft,” which will examine how the United States can strengthen its influence and leadership through diplomacy, alliances, and the strategic use of economic tools.
