Juan Zarate will participate in the panel “Collison Course for Sanctions? The Expanding Dilemma of Blocking Statutes and Retaliation” in person at The Annual Meeting hosted by the American Society of International Law on 7 April 2022. Juan and his fellow panelists will discuss the increasingly complex dilemma of how private actors should navigate following compliance with sanctions or compliance with local law.
