Jeremy Kroll, president and CEO of K2 Intelligence, and two of K2 Intelligence’s executive managing directors appeared yesterday on several panels at the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare’s first annual symposium. The key messages focused on the need for enterprises to adopt an anticipatory attitude toward cybersecurity. According to Jeremy, “Static IT security is no longer effective on its own. Cybersecurity must transition to a dynamic and proactive defense that employs investigative tools to collect and analyze information from internal and external sources.”
The conference, which discussed how the lines between online thefts and all-out cyber warfare continue to blur, was also covered in the Pittsburgh Tribune.
