Bruce Goslin is a senior advisor for K2 Integrity, based in Madrid, Spain, from where he covers Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a focus on business intelligence and investigations, Bruce leads multidisciplinary teams working across borders to provide clients with information about business issues, transactions, due diligence, and internal investigations. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Bruce helps clients deal with difficult issues such as internal fraud and corruption and provides information in support of litigation, arbitration, and other disputes.
Over the last several years Bruce has assisted large EU-based corporations and financial institutions address the emerging cyber risk threat by leading teams of cyber specialists, engineers, and researchers to design cyber defense and security programs and conduct cyber investigations. His investigative work also includes investigations into illegal activities and fraud by government and corporate officials, bank collapses, and official corruption, as well as asset searches and pre-transaction due diligence assignments throughout Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Before joining K2 Integrity, Bruce was a senior managing director at Kroll, Inc., and country head for Spain for six years. He previously served for nine years as a senior managing director in Kroll’s Business Intelligence practice for Latin America.
Bruce was a foreign intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency and served in five Latin American nations, gaining extensive experience managing sensitive intelligence operations and complex policy issues with senior foreign government officials.
In 2016, Bruce was named in Who’s Who Legal Asset Recovery’s list of experts. He received a B.A. in sociology from Bloomfield College in New Jersey, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
