Molly Keogh is a managing director with K2 Integrity’s Investigations and Disputes practice. She provides specialized investigative and fact-finding services to corporations, law firms, advocacy groups, and individuals. Molly manages complex investigations that gather critical information to enable clients from a range of industries make more informed decisions on matters such as intellectual property disputes, potential investments or acquisitions, internal investigations, and reputational risk.
Molly has supervised multiple long-running, multijurisdictional investigations, including a nationwide survey of diverted and counterfeit medical supplies and devices; a multicountry due diligence investigation on behalf of a client considering multiple acquisitions; and an investigation gathering competitive intelligence and assessing internal risk comprised of a multisubject email review, analysis of a variety of electronic devices, public records research, and human source inquiries. Molly has also developed and operated undercover personas to support online investigations into illicit activity, and conducted field interviews to support a client engaged in an intellectual property dispute.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Molly served as special assistant to the New York State Attorney General, where she managed the day-to-day logistics for the Attorney General and senior staff. Prior to joining the New York State Attorney General’s office, Molly worked on political campaigns, where she organized fundraisers, conducted opposition research, and coordinated field outreach.
Molly received an M.S.W. from the Columbia University School of Social Work and a B.S. in foreign service from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
