Kevin Molloy is a director in K2 Integrity’s Financial Crimes Compliance practice. With more than 10 years of experience working complex investigations for both the government and the financial services industry, he specializes in anti-money laundering (AML) investigations for large financial institutions, applying his knowledge of the USA PATRIOT Act, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) procedures, and regulations coming out of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Kevin worked as a senior compliance associate for JPMorgan Chase, where he contributed as both an investigator and a quality assurance reviewer in its Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) department. His responsibilities included conducting AML investigations, writing and reviewing suspicious activity reports (SARs), and identifying trends and deficiencies in the AML investigative process in order to help improve quality and drive training.
Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Kevin worked as a counterintelligence analyst, supporting U.S. national security and defense missions from both home and abroad. Kevin also served as a soldier and intelligence analyst in the U.S. Army Reserve and the Army National Guard.
Kevin received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A. from SUNY Cortland with a major in international studies and a minor in history.
