Matthew Rosenthal is senior legal counsel at K2 Integrity. He manages the firm’s legal and regulatory matters, including risk mitigation, contract negotiation, employment, and general corporate matters. He also supports K2 Integrity’s board of directors. Matthew collaborates with other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and engages and oversees external legal resources where applicable to improve efficiency. He also assists with policies and procedures, training, investigations, third-party oversight, and risk assessments.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Matthew served as senior counsel at professional consulting services company Protiviti, where he was a member of the client contracts team. He closed sophisticated commercial agreements with clients in industries such as SaaS, technology, financial services, and healthcare, aligning legal strategies with business goals to drive successful outcomes and foster long-term client relationships. He also worked closely with senior leadership across business units as a trusted legal advisor to provide practical insights and mitigate risk. Before his time at Protiviti, Matthew was senior counsel at Capco, where he managed client contract negotiation and general corporate matters in the United States and Canada.
Earlier in his career, Matthew served as an associate at Alcott Law Group, PLLC, where he provided general counsel services to business corporations, limited liability companies, and not-for-profit corporations. He advised on issues related to intellectual property, business transactions, corporate governance, and corporate finance.
Matthew has an LL.M. in intellectual property from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a J.D. from New York Law School, and a B.S. in business and economics from Lehigh University.
