Mariano Federici will be participating in a webinar sponsored by AULA ABA, the training platform of the Association of Multiple Banks of the Dominican Republic (ABA). The virtual discussion, “Cultural Property, Art, and Money Laundering (Conversatorio: Bienes Culturales, Arte y Lavado de Activos),” is designed to spark a conversation about a rarely discussed topic in the prevention of money laundering: the vulnerability of the art market and cultural heritage assets to financial crimes. Mariano and his fellow experts will address the challenges and risks associated with their use in money laundering schemes. The discussion will be in Spanish.
