Andy Bethurum is the global head of AI business for RiskFront AI, a K2 Integrity company. Andy leads the development and deployment of agentic AI systems to automate financial crime compliance and risk operations, helping organizations reduce costs and improve consistency by eliminating the manual work between alert generation and human decision-making.
A serial founder with more than two decades of experience in technology and go-to-market strategy, he has built and scaled high-performance organizations at the intersection of artificial intelligence and regulated industries. His work has focused on helping organizations harness emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges, with particular emphasis on innovation, growth, and commercial execution.
Before founding RiskFront AI, Andy spent nearly 13 years as a founding member and vice president of sales at WorkFusion, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and market development. His experience spans company building, go-to-market leadership, and the development of organizations designed to operate at scale in complex and highly regulated environments.
He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
