Shahar Ziv is K2 Integrity’s global head of transformation. In this role, he oversees the integration of acquisitions as well as the enhancement of centralized processes, governance, and tools.
Shahar has 20 years of management consulting and fintech experience. He began his career at Accenture, then spent five years at American Express in strategic planning and business development roles. Prior to joining K2 Integrity, he spent nine years at PayPal driving enterprise strategy and customer transformation. He is recognized for scalable, customer-centric growth within complex, regulated global ecosystems and for thought leadership in fintech, financial wellness, and payments innovation.
Shahar serves on the board of directors of Harvard Federal Credit Union. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in economics from Cornell University.
