K2 Integrity’s Juan Zarate, Daniel Glaser, and Himamauli Das will speak at the ACAMS U.S. Capital Chapter September 2026 Hybrid Event: 25th Year Commemoration of 9/11, a special daylong program marking the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of 11 September 2001.
The event will bring together former government officials involved in the response to the attack; regulators and bankers who supported government response initiatives and implementation of the USA PATRIOT Act; and staff members of the 9/11 Commission responsible for authoring the 9/11 Monograph on Terrorist Financing to commemorate and discuss lessons learned from the event. Participants will consider the 25th anniversary of when the global fight against terrorist financing became relevant and impactful, with a focus on the importance of disrupting terrorist activities through counterterrorist financing and sanctioning actions.
Juan and Daniel will each deliver a keynote address, and Him will participate in a panel discussing the “FinCEN Perspective.”
