Andrii Apostol is a software engineer with K2 Integrity/Leviathan Security Group, with expertise in system architecture, distributed computing, and high-performance enterprise solutions. He brings a broad technological background that includes .NET and Node.js development, SQL/NoSQL databases, microservices, and DevOps automation, enabling him to build scalable, secure, and resilient systems across diverse technology environments. With a strong foundation in software development, system design, and large-scale infrastructure, he continues to drive innovation in secure digital ecosystems and enterprise technology solutions.
In senior engineering leadership roles, including serving as head of engineering, Andrii has led and scaled cross-functional teams responsible for managing cloud-native architectures, high-availability systems, and modern development practices. He has significant experience in document management and digital signature solutions that support operational efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance. He is also deeply engaged in emerging technologies such as decentralized identity (DID) and blockchain-based systems, using these to strengthen digital trust and authentication frameworks.
Alongside his professional practice, Andrii is pursuing a Ph.D. in economics at Kyiv National Economics University, where his research examines the role of digital identity in business transformation and economic efficiency. He holds a M.S. in informational controlling systems and technologies and a B.S. in computer science from the National University’s Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
