As managing director at K2 Integrity/Leviathan Security Group, Anton Shantir leads strategic, AI-driven cybersecurity initiatives and oversees organizational transformation programs for clients navigating rapidly changing digital landscapes. With experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and resilient systems, he assists clients in securing complex environments and enabling sustainable business continuity.
Anton’s leadership background includes senior technology roles such as research and development director at Matrix42 and head of development at Diebold Nixdorf Software. His work blends rigorous technical understanding with executive strategy, enabling teams to adopt agile operating models and respond effectively to new and emerging cyber risks.
In parallel with his industry leadership, Anton is an associate professor at the State University of Information and Communication Technologies and previously served as academic director for the cybersecurity program at the Kyiv School of Economics. A certified IBM AI engineer and multilingual communicator, Anton is known for his ability to bridge deep technical development with executive level vision—helping organizations innovate securely and responsibly.
Anton holds a Ph.D. in technical sciences from the National Technical University of Ukraine’s Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and a M.L.M. in leadership and management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
