John Pelaschier is a managing director in K2 Integrity’s Agile Technologies innovation lab, an in-house technology lab charged with building tailored analytics and technology solutions to meet the complexities of a wide range of client engagements. With more than 25 years of diverse experience in technology—including almost a decade building systems for FinTech lenders—he partners with teams in the firm’s Financial Crimes Compliance and Investigations and Disputes practices to deliver client-tailored solutions. John leverages his expertise in software development and data engineering to architect custom solutions that enable the firm’s diverse teams to efficiently serve the complex needs of its clients.
Before joining K2 Integrity, John was the chief technology officer at the LCF Group, where he built and architected a technology team designed for accelerating growth. He led companywide automation efforts to transform business processes and position the company to scale quickly, and designed and initiated a cloud based, micro-service architecture integrated with Salesforce.
Prior to his time at the LCF Group, John was the chief technology officer at Fora Financial, where he led companywide technology efforts, pioneering technology solutions by close partnership with executive stakeholders in accounting, risk, analytics, underwriting, marketing, and collections, to deliver innovation and productivity improvements. He has also held prominent positions at Honeywell, Hudson Community Enterprises, and SMIC China.
John has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. While spending over a decade in Taiwan and China, John learned to speak Mandarin as well as how to work with diverse cultural and governmental challenges.
