Kamesh Kasara is a senior director in K2 Integrity’s Agile Technologies innovation lab, an in-house technology lab charged with building tailored analytics and technology solutions to meet the complexities of a wide range of client engagements. He partners with teams in the firm’s Financial Crimes Compliance and Investigations and Disputes practices to deliver client-tailored solutions. Kamesh leads engagements that require data collection from unstructured and structured sources, and develops strategies for integration and insight development. He also builds customized data mining solutions according to client needs.
Before joining K2 Integrity, Kamesh was a senior software engineer/product manager at JP Morgan Chase, where he created automated scripts, worked on maintaining and loading data into the company’s data mart, and assisted with schema changes, KPI creation, and standard daily load status reports.
Prior to his time at JP Morgan Chase, Kamesh was a senior SQL developer/data analytics lead at K2 Integrity, where he designed and maintained a data warehouse for housing AML data. Earlier in his career, Kamesh served as an SQL developer at JP Morgan Chase and a software engineer at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He is proficient in many technologies, including Python, R, SQL, and data analytics processes.
Kamesh received his M.S. in computer science from New York University.
