Nagarani Addinki is a director at K2 Integrity in Abu Dhabi. With more than eight years of experience delivering fintech, fraud-risk, and digital transformation projects across the UAE and India, Nagarani provides strategic leadership across the firm’s fraud risk management portfolio, overseeing delivery quality, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination for major financial institutions. She defines program delivery standards and reporting structures designed to promote consistency across client engagements. She also leads resource allocation and prioritization for multiproject pipelines, serving as a senior escalation point for project risks and stakeholder alignment.
Nagarani drives continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery efficiency and documentation quality across teams. She oversees RFI and RFP response strategy to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory expectations and represents the firm in high-level discussions. Earlier at K2 Integrity, as project manager, she managed project kickoffs, planning, timelines, deliverables, budget tracking, reporting, RACI matrices, progress trackers, RFI lifecycles, and structured documentation repositories.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Nagarani was a product analyst in acquiring and products at Network International in Dubai, where she supported product delivery for N-Genius Online payment gateway and Unified Commerce products. She developed business and functional requirements, impact assessments, scope documents, release plans, user journeys, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and user stories, and collaborated with governance, risk, and technology teams on merchant and consumer payment experiences.
Earlier in her career, Nagarani was a business analyst at Cinque Technologies, where she worked on AML and transaction monitoring systems, including user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, estimation, iteration planning, backlogs, release plans, and user feedback cycles. She brings domain expertise across fraud risk, AML/CFT, payments, e-commerce, and digital products.
Nagarani earned a B.Tech. in information technology from Anna University in Chennai.
