Viacheslav Sych is a software engineer with more than a decade of experience in software development, specializing in back-end web and desktop applications. His work spans the full software development lifecycle, with a strong focus on building, maintaining, and refining complex systems across a range of platforms and technologies.
Viacheslav has contributed to the development and ongoing support of SCO, OPT, and mobile point-of-sale (POS) applications, as well as product refinements designed to support future improvements. He regularly collaborates with architects on technology stack decisions and works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
In addition to his technical responsibilities, Viacheslav has experience onboarding and mentoring new team members and supervising both back- and front-end developers. His collaborative approach and technical leadership support effective delivery and long-term system improvement.
Viacheslav earned an M.Sc. in system programming from the National Aviation University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
