Viktor Sytnik is a technical director at K2 Integrity/Leviathan Security Group, where he leads advanced cybersecurity engagements and oversees black-, grey-, and white-box penetration testing projects. He specializes in application and mobile penetration testing and cloud security, providing expert security architecture guidance while mentoring consultants in the identification and remediation of complex vulnerabilities.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity/Leviathan Security Group, Viktor consulted on a prominent Web3 project, where he focused on securing digital wallet applications and managing AWS cloud services. Earlier in his career, he served as chief information security officer (CISO) at a crypto exchange, where his responsibilities included strategic OPSEC oversight, the design of cold storage security solutions, and the deployment of new security functions.
Across these roles, Viktor has been deeply involved in vulnerability research, red-team exercises, and offensive security development. He remains actively engaged in the cybersecurity community through conference participation, with a particular emphasis on collaborative research initiatives and capture-the-flag competitions.
Viktor holds a B.S. in information security from the Institute of Physics and Technology at the National Technical University of Ukraine.
